RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If any of your items aren’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return them for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Any items that are returned with signs of being worn (including smelling of perfume or make-up marks), without tags or sent back outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted for a refund.
If items are sent back after the 14 days but before 30 days we will grant store credit. Any returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned directly to the customer.If you are returning internationally, as long as the package is postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date and adheres to the above it will be eligible for a refund.
Once we've received your return please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed, once the refund is processed you’ll receive email confirmation, it can take 5-7 days with your payment provider for the funds to return to your account.
Free gifts received with your order must also be returned, if you wish to keep these items we will deduct the cost from your refund.

If you are returning from the UK and wish to exchange for a different size, please check our returns policy above and make a returns request within your customer account. You should then print our returns form and fill it out to include when sending the item back. There's no need to wait for a reply to your exchange request, please just ship the package back to us using the address on the form. Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer but we will ship the exchange to you free of charge.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges for different items unless the price is the same. If you wish to receive an item that has a different price you will need to place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order.
If you wish to make an exchange for a different size on an international order, please check our returns policy as above and make a returns request within your customer account. You should then use our returns portal here to issue a pre paid DHL returns label.

Sale items are strictly exchange or store credit only. This includes any purchase made with a discount code other than our newsletter sign up discount. Store credit will be emailed to the customer on receipt of the return and applied to your account.

Download and print a returns form & fill out all required details.
Where possible please return item/s in the original packaging to save waste.
Using the address on the returns form, please clearly address the package.
Take your package to your chosen post office or courier service and send back to us.

For international returns please use our returns portal to send back your item(s) using a pre paid DHL label.
Should you wish to use a different courier of your choice you will need to contact our customer service for instructions on how to do so.
Any duties and taxes paid on your purchase are to a third party, and not charged directly by Sisterhood, these charges are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. Refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the item only.
Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer, Sisterhood does not reimburse the cost.
For international orders we offer a pre paid returns label via DHL, the cost of returning this way is deducted from your refund.
