If any of your items aren’t quite right, you have 21 days from the ship date to return full priced items for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Any items that are returned with signs of being worn (including smelling of perfume or with make-up marks), without tags or sent back outside of the 21 day period, will not be accepted for a refund.

If items are sent back after the 21 days but before 30 days of the ship date we will grant store credit. Any returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned directly to the customer. 
If you are returning internationally, as long as the package is sent back within 21 days of the ship date and adheres to the above it will be eligible for a refund.

Once we've received your return please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed, once the refund is processed you’ll receive email confirmation, it can take 3-7 days with your payment provider for the funds to return to your account. 

Swimwear must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations, garments that have had hygiene stickers removed or are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. When trying on swimwear, please do so over your own underwear.

Any free gifts received with your order must also be returned if you are sending back the full order, if you wish to keep these items we will deduct the cost from your refund.

UK Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item within the UK please follow the below instructions. We will ship the exchange free of charge, however the cost of returning the item will the customers responsibility. Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges for different items unless the price is the same. If you wish to receive an item that has a different price you will need to place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order.

To start an exchange (UK only)

1. Please check our returns policy above to make sure your exchange is eligible

2. Print a returns form and fill out all required details, stating the item/ size you wish to exchange for 

3. Where possible please use the original packaging to save waste

4. Use the address from the returns form and send back your package with your chosen courier service

5. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

International Exchanges

Unfortunately we can't offer exchanges on international orders. If you wish to exchange an item internationally you will need to place a new order and use our returns portal to return your original order for a refund.

Items purchased from our 'Last chance to buy' section marked 'FINAL SALE' are strictly size exchange or store credit only.
Full priced items purchased with a temporary discount code will still be eligible for a refund if following our returns policy which can be found above.
Store credit is emailed to the customer on receipt of the return and is either applied to your customer account or given as a unique code. Store credit has no time limit and is valid until used.

* Please note that if you wish to order more than one size of an item marked 'FINAL SALE', we will accept the return of one size for a full refund. If all sizes of the same item are sent back one size will be accepted for refund and one will be issued store credit.

For international returns please use our returns portal to send back your item(s). A pre paid DHL label will be available and the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund. 

Should you wish to use a different courier of your choice you can select this option within the returns portal but we highly recommend sending international returns using a tracked service as we can't be responsible for any lost packages.

If you are shopping from the EU, duties and taxes have been included in the item price and therefore you will be refunded the full item price when returning. Any additional duties and taxes paid on your purchase at checkout are to a third party, and not charged directly by Sisterhood. These charges are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. Refunds apply to the original purchase price of the item only. 

Return postage costs are the customers responsibility, Sisterhood does not reimburse the cost.
For international orders we offer a pre paid returns label via DHL, the cost of returning this way is deducted from your refund.
