If any of your items aren’t quite right, you have 14 days from the day you receive them to return full priced items for a refund. Please see further down for the return of Sale items.

The return package must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received it to be eligible for a full refund. All items must also be returned in original condition with all original tags attached and packaging included. Any items that are returned with signs of being worn (including smelling of perfume or with make-up marks from trying on), without tags or sent back outside of the 14 day period, will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the customer upon inspection.

If items are postmarked after the 14 days but within 30 days, we will grant store credit via gift card.Any returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned directly to the customer without contact.

If you are returning internationally, as long as the package is sent back and postmarked within 14 days and adheres to the above it will be eligible for a refund.

Sale items are strictly exchange or store credit only

Items purchased from our sale section which are marked down in price are strictly exchange or store credit only. This is due to the items being low inventory and discontinued styles.
Any full priced items purchased with a temporary discount code are not classed as sale items.

Store credit is emailed as a Gift Card and will not expire until used.

If you wish to order more than one size of an item marked down on Sale, we will accept the return of one size for a full refund. If all sizes of the same item are sent back, one size will be accepted for refund and one will be issued with store credit via Gift Card.

Exchanges are eligible within the UK only
If you are based in the UK you have up to 30 days from the date you received your item to create an exchange. We will ship the new item free of charge.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability once received back to our warehouse.

Unfortunately at the moment we can't offer exchanges on orders from outside of the UK due to the way that international duties and taxes are processed. To exchange internationally, you will need to return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

2. Package your item(s) carefully in original condition.
All tags should be attached and garment bag included

3. Where possible please use your original packaging to avoid waste

4. Please make sure to include your order number inside the package

5. Drop off your return with your chosen courier and keep hold of the receipt.
If returning internationally using our self postage method, we suggest using a tracked service

Once your return package has arrived back to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Once the refund is processed, you’ll receive an email as confirmation and it can then take 2-5 working days for the funds to arrive to back to your account. 

If you are shopping from the EU, duties and taxes have been included in the item price and therefore you will be refunded the full item price when returning. 

For countries outside of the EU, any additional duties and taxes paid on your purchase at checkout are to a third party, and not charged directly by Sisterhood. These charges are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. Refunds apply to the original purchase price of the item only. 

Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. Sisterhood does not reimburse the cost.
By using our returns portal we offer a pre paid returns label, the cost of this will be deducted from the refund amount. For international customers we have an option to use a self postage method meaning you can use whichever courier you prefer at your own expense.
